We develop and market end-user software as prepackaged products, and also customize and license our technology to other software developers and manufacturers. In keeping with our primary focus on file conversion and repurposing, our first regulatory compliance product, EDGARport ™ was released in 1993 for converting documents to ASCII EDGAR for U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings. In 1996, Law Technology Product News awarded it the “Top 20” award among all law office software products. Since then, our compliance products have evolved to keep ahead of changing technologies and agency requirements. Our current offering, EDGARsuite ™ , is a comprehensive cost-effective solution supporting ASCII, HTML, XBRL, iXBRL and XML SEC EDGAR filings in a single easy-to-use package. Our offerings for other regulatory agencies include FERCxbrl ™ , a desktop application to easily prepare and submit XBRL filings for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). In conjunction with niaLearnings, LLC, we also provide interactive training courses for SEC filers. As an SEC EDGAR Filing Agent, we provide SEC filing services to hundreds of public companies, mutual funds and investment firms.
